I bought the full story but it is locked again
Open the Menu and tap Restore purchase. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with, the later chapters unlock straight away, at no extra cost. The same works on a new iPhone or iPad.
Where is my progress kept?
On your device. The story saves as you go, so you can close the app and carry on later. Deleting the app deletes your progress, but not your purchase.
I can't hear anything
Check that your ringer switch is not on silent and the volume is up. Voices and sound are a big part of the story, and it is best played with headphones.
I want to start again
Open the Menu and tap Restart Chapter 1.
Does it work on iPad?
Yes. The Prize runs on iPhone and iPad.
